This notice sets out ownership and protection of all intellectual property associated with our platform and services.

Registered entity: ANUSHKA DAHANAYAKE (PVT) LTD (PV 00303673) is a Private Company With Limited Liability incorporated on 24 June 2024 in Colombo, Sri Lanka under the Companies Act No. 7 of 2007.

All software, source code, designs, user interfaces, content, branding, documentation, and related materials on this platform are the exclusive intellectual property of ANUSHKA DAHANAYAKE (PVT) LTD, unless expressly stated otherwise.
Protected under the Intellectual Property Act No. 36 of 2003 of Democratic Socialist Republic of Sri Lanka, as amended by subsequent legislation including Acts No. 7 of 2018, No. 8 of 2021, and No. 8 of 2022, and other applicable intellectual property laws.
Personal data is processed in accordance with the Personal Data Protection Act No. 9 of 2022 of Sri Lanka and, where applicable, recognised international data protection standards including the EU General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) for visitors from the European Economic Area.
1. Owner of Intellectual Property
All intellectual property rights in this website, platform, application, source code, object code, databases, designs, layouts, graphics, logos, trademarks, service marks, trade names, written content, media, documentation, and related materials are owned exclusively by ANUSHKA DAHANAYAKE (PVT) LTD (PV 00303673).
Anushka Dahanayake is the founder and authorised representative for the creation and commercialisation of these works on behalf of the Company.
2. Legal Protection — Sri Lanka
- Intellectual Property Act No. 36 of 2003, as amended by subsequent legislation including Acts No. 7 of 2018, No. 8 of 2021, and No. 8 of 2022
- Copyright protection for literary, artistic, and software works
- Trademark and trade name protection under Sri Lankan law
- Unfair competition and passing off remedies
- Registration with the National Intellectual Property Office of Sri Lanka (NIPO) where applicable
3. International Protection
Protection may extend under international treaties to which Sri Lanka is a party, including conventions administered by the World Intellectual Property Organization (WIPO), such as the Berne Convention for literary and artistic works.
4. Reserved Rights
No person may copy, reproduce, distribute, publish, transmit, modify, adapt, reverse engineer, decompile, create derivative works from, or commercially exploit any part of this platform without prior written consent from ANUSHKA DAHANAYAKE (PVT) LTD.
Unauthorised use of the Company name, branding, designs, or proprietary materials may constitute infringement and may give rise to civil remedies, injunctive relief, and criminal penalties available under Sri Lankan law.

- Next.js application architecture and custom source code
- User interface designs and component layouts
- Dashboard systems, workflows, and business logic
- SEO content structures, schema implementations, and editorial frameworks
- Documentation, proposals, and service methodologies
6. Client & User Content
Content submitted by clients or users remains the property of the respective submitter unless otherwise agreed in writing. By submitting content, you grant ANUSHKA DAHANAYAKE (PVT) LTD a limited licence to use that content solely to provide agreed services and operate the Platform.
7. Deliverables & Client Projects
Ownership of client project deliverables (websites, stores, custom code) is governed by the specific proposal or contract. Unless expressly transferred in writing, underlying frameworks, reusable components, and proprietary methodologies remain Company property.
8. Third-Party Materials
Third-party libraries, fonts, icons, and services remain subject to their respective open-source or commercial licences. Ownership of the Company's original work is not affected. See NOTICE file in the project repository for third-party attributions.
